Service Description

Clip Clash is a free, community tool that allows users to create bracket-style tournaments using Twitch clips. The service is provided at no cost and is intended for entertainment purposes.

User Accounts

Access to certain features requires signing in with a Twitch account via OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms.

User Content

You are solely responsible for content you create on Clip Clash, including bracket titles, descriptions, and clip selections. While we apply automated content filters, these filters do not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be caught. You agree not to create content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Twitch Content

Twitch clips displayed on Clip Clash are the property of their respective creators and Twitch. Clips are embedded using Twitch's official embed system and are not hosted, copied, or stored by Clip Clash. Your use of Twitch clips is subject to Twitch's own Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Manipulate votes or tournament outcomes through automated means
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to access the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers

Disclaimer of Warranties

Clip Clash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content available through the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clip Clash and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This is a free service with no payment processing — no refunds or compensation of any kind are offered.
